Nelson Chou is the founder of Puhofield and a cultural systems observer. He works with smallholders and sheltered workshops to advance environmentally friendly production and sustainable supply chains—translating Taiwan’s terroir into resonant stories and flavors (brown sugar / moscovado / hóng táng, Taiwanese tea, and herbal infusions).

He believes AI should amplify human understanding, not replace it—bridging AI ethics, sustainability education, and community resilience so that technology serves empathy, balance, and responsibility.
